These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ravelo AV Technologies LLC's website and services. By contacting us, submitting a quote request, or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Ravelo AV Technologies LLC provides residential and commercial technology installation services including, but not limited to, audiovisual systems, smart home devices, security systems, networking, wiring, and low voltage work throughout the Nashville metropolitan area.

All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement between the client and Ravelo AV Technologies LLC prior to commencement of work.

Quotes & Estimates

Free consultations and estimates are offered without obligation. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if project scope changes, additional materials are required, or unforeseen conditions arise on-site. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payment

We accept Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Payment terms are outlined at the time of service agreement. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by Ravelo AV Technologies LLC is warranted for 30 days after installation. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any equipment or products installed.

Ravelo AV Technologies LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, defects in materials not supplied by us, or damage resulting from client misuse, power surges, or acts of nature after installation is complete.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We understand schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee.

Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and installation areas on the agreed service date. Any delays caused by restricted access may affect project timelines and pricing.

Discounts

Veterans and senior citizens are eligible for discounts on all services. Valid identification may be requested. Discount amounts are applied at our discretion based on project scope.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from our services or these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
